How to Connect Gusto to JazzHR
Step 1: Authorize the Integration
- Sign in to your JazzHR account
- Go to Settings
- Click Integrations
- Scroll down to the HRIS/Payroll section
- Find Gusto and click Connect
If Gusto isn’t listed, contact JazzHR at csm@jazzhr.com to activate the integration.
- You’ll be redirected to Gusto
- Enter your Gusto admin credentials and click Sign In
- Select the company you’d like to connect (only one company can be connected at a time)
- Click Authorize
Once complete, your Gusto account will appear under the HRIS/Payroll integrations section in JazzHR.

After a candidate is marked as “Hired” in JazzHR, you can send their data directly to Gusto.

- Select Export Candidate
- Choose Gusto from the dropdown menu
